I believe that pain and stress are detrimental to a person’s quality of life. They affect relationships, jobs, and happiness. My goal is to guide clients to a life with less pain and less stress. I use a variety of massage techniques to relieve stress and reduce pain by breaking physical patterns and raising awareness in the body. As a yoga teacher, I use movement and breathing to help quiet the mind and to bring strength, flexibility, and alignment to the body. When pain and stress are reduced, clients will be better with their families, better with their jobs, and most importantly, better with themselves.
